He’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers. He took the time to explain all my options, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made sure I was fully comfortable with everything before I left. What really stood out to me was his attitude—super friendly, patient, and respectful. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. It’s not often you come across someone who provides this level of service anymore. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are in good hands. But honestly, Randy is what made the whole experience top-tier.
