What a great experience I had here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. CJ was great, showed me my unit in a timely matter. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Also, the price is very fair compared to other "bigger" storage space businesses. This feels more like a family business, they've been in business since the 80's so you know they're doing something right!

I had very bad experience with this place, please don’t choose this location if you are renting Uhual.
I was told they will be open on Saturday, went there to pick up my truck but the officer was closed, very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this place.

Avoid this location especially for the uhual

Staff are very friendly and the facility is very clean. I was a customer in 2007 - 2009. It appears to be much better now then it was then with gate exit more secure with punch pad to exit.

One of the best storage place you can find, the staffs are very friendly and very helpful for inquiring. The place is very clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place for your storage.

I rented a unit at Migson Public Storage and have had an excellent experience from start ! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The climate control feature is a huge plus, especially for items sensitive to temperature and humidity changes.
The staff especially (CJ)at this location are fantastic. From my first inquiry, she is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to show me different unit options and answered all my questions. During the move-in process, they went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in keeping the facility in top shape.
I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable, professional storage solution. Thank you to the amazing team for making this experience so positive!
