This storage business is really amazing! It almost feels like a small family business, but they've been around for years! Very nice management and employees. Its secure and very accommodating. Renting here was a great experience. They really work with you and your budget and try to make sure everything is up to par for you.
Overall experience 10/10. Some very nice people work here!! So nice.

Today my dad visited the main office to cancel his storage unit, which he had been using for several years. He recently finished clearing everything out and went in today to request a refund for July and August as he has pre-paid.
I accompanied him and wanted to take a moment to recognize Arsh Dean for his outstanding customer service. He greeted us with a smile, kindness, and professionalism. He reassured us that my dad would receive his refund either June 30th or July 15th, took down all the necessary information in order to process the refund, and wished us a great day.
It was a very positive experience, and we truly appreciated the help and care he provided. Anyone looking for a storage unit, I would highly recommend this location.

After a really challenging moving day full of bumps and delays, we were beyond stressed and exhausted.
Thankfully, Darren completely turned our experience around.
Darren was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He provided us with the right resources and support to move all of our belongings quickly and efficiently, which ultimately allowed us to return our truck on time. More importantly, he consistently checked in on us throughout the process to make sure we were okay.
While I can’t really comment on the storage units themselves yet, I can confidently say that Darren made a huge difference in our day. His professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help genuinely changed what could have been an awful experience. If it wasn’t for Darren, our experience would have been completely different.

Great storage facility. It’s an older building but very well maintained. Location is super convenient for the Beaches and the rates for indoor heated storage were the best I saw across the entire east end. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most recently Arash made moving into a new unit extremely easy and explained everything very well. I’ve leased units here four times and it’s always been a great experience.

I've passed by this building thousands of times in my last 60 years, it always looked rundown, and I never needed storage until now. The 'newer' storage facilities popping up around the city look cleaner, brighter, and offer these amazing loss-leader deals. But since Migson is up the street from me, I took a look at the reviews. The reviews of Michael were clearly not bot or paid reviews, there was a genuine appreciation from the customers. So, I walked in to see what it was like inside. Michael is everything that everybody wrote about him in their reviews. He took his time and really tried to find the best solution to fit what I needed for storage space, he never rushed me to decide, showed me all the lockers to consider. He was upfront and transparent about all the costs so that I could make an informed decision. He's honest, sincere, and happy to help... wish more businesses were like this. If the Migson owners read this, you definitely don't want to lose someone like him. At the end of the day, it's just storage lockers but what set this location above others is the customer service dedication.

I’m writing this review specifically to highlight the professionalism at Migson Storage on Gerrard Street. I had booked a unit but, due to personal circumstances, I ended up not needing it. Even though I had already signed the contract and paid for the first month, the team was extremely kind and professional when I called; they immediately reassured me, explained I was still on time to cancel, and quickly processed my refund.
I was truly impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and customer care. Even without using the storage I can confidently say they go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Great staff at Migson Storage, very helpful, friendly and patient, when we were uncertain of the size we we wanted(They have many sizes available to chose from). We booked a unit a month in advance (also got the first month's rent free). Then when our truck would arrived they gave them all the information over the phone and e-sign our agreement and we did not have to go to Migson in person to sign everything. They e-mailed our contact, our unit number and our entry code. We were good to go! 👍 They have a great security system which made us chose them.
They have new units that are much taller, (10 feet high) larger and very clean, heated units are available if you need one. The new units you are inside where you are not standing in the rain or wind [or snow]. I highly recommend to go check Migson out, you will be pleasantly surprised. They also have great plans for a extended duration of a unit rental.👍👍

We were looking for either an 8 x10 or 10 x10 unit for use while we renovate. We visited the facility on Thursday and were treated extremely well by Joanne, who explained the options, the prices, discounts and then took us out and showed us the units. We reserved the 8 x 10. Friday I went back to book and was met by Pratyarsh who was very friendly, and efficient in getting everything signed. I was in yard and filling the unit within a few minutes of getting there.

I have been renting a 10’ x 10’ storage unit here for 4+ years. I highly recommend it for its safety precautions, secured and camera-monitored space, and friendly ownership.
It is a clean storage unit. I live in an apartment building and keep everything I don’t need at home in the storage unit.
It’s a luxury to have a storage unit and privilege to be at Migson.

The front desk staff was very helpful for a remote move in. Customer service which really counts. Kudos to both the gentleman and the lady. I must say though there is an insurance charge which was sprung on me when I came to pay and everything was said and done but so is business.

If you are deciding to rent out some storage space this is your sign to, their customer service, their friendliness and their willingness to help / serve their customers is unmatched.
Julie is absolutely amazing at all she does. She carefully showed us the 5 by 10 unit we were requesting and got to see a unit both indoor / outdoor. We chose to go with the indoor unit because it worked better for us and cheaper 😉

Mel is also amazing at her job … you can tell both Julie and Mel take their job seriously to make sure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Mel you are super awesome and I loved our conversation about dogs- did I mention they are pet friendly? My dog Lilly had a blast rolling around and being the first one to sniff out a unit lol
For security measures they have a barbed wire fence, security gates and cameras covering every inch of the place- it is mandatory to pay for insurance on top of unit price , I love this because your personal items are ALWAYS protected.
I am in love with our unit and Migson Public Storage was able to provide that for me.
Please don’t hesitate to check this place out , you won’t be disappointed!
