I booked a unit yesterday at St Catharines, staff was very helpful in providing all the information and very helpful. Unfortunately today my movement plan got cancelled and I called the helpdesk, they promised to refund. This is unbelievable and great customer service. Thank you

I had a great experience with Migson’s Storage in St. Catharines! As a first-timer, I had a ton of questions, but Julie was amazing. She was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel like a bother.The facility is clean and secure, and my unit (#243) was perfect for what I needed. Plus, their winter specials are a nice bonus if you’re looking to declutter before fall. Highly recommend them for anyone needing storage in the area!

CATHERINESIf you are deciding to rent out some storage space this is your sign to, their customer service, their friendliness and their willingness to help / serve their customers is unmatched.Julie is absolutely amazing at all she does. She carefully showed us the 5 by 10 unit we were requesting and got to see a unit both indoor / outdoor. We chose to go with the indoor unit because it worked better for us and cheaper ;)Julie I can’t thank you enough , you are a sweetheart.Mel is also amazing at her job … you can tell both Julie and Mel take their job seriously to make sure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Mel you are super awesome and I loved our conversation about dogs- did I mention they are pet friendly? My dog Lilly had a blast rolling around and being the first one to sniff out a unit lolFor security measures they have a barbed wire fence, security gates and cameras covering every inch of the place- it is mandatory to pay for insurance on top of unit price , I love this because your personal items are ALWAYS protected.I am in love with our unit and Migson Public Storage was able to provide that for me.Please don’t hesitate to check this place out , you won’t be disappointed!

Mignon storage is one of the best storage places in St Catharines. It's easy to find it has good friendly staff that explain your responsibilities and there is no bulletin. The facilities are well maintained and if there is any problems they are there for you.The cost of secure storage is well worth it and if you need to change units they will accommodate.Dave is one of the management staff and he is a people person always cheerful and always ready to offer advice and assistance if requiredThere are security cameras and monitoring 24/7.There is a bus stop right there at the entrance and if you need boxes or padlocks they have it.You will never regret using their services because they are the best.My friend recommended that I use their storage and he is very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to be a customer of Migson storage.I'm a satisfied customer and will be returning there tome after time because they have very competitive prices and excellent customer service
