Noticed they were offering a discount for a positive review…lol so I wouldn’t necessarily trust those. I’ve been with this company for a few years. The lockers are clean, I will say that.
I use them because it is the closest to my home and most convenient. When I moved into my unit, the light wasn’t working, which is an issue in the winter months as it’s dark by 4:30pm. I brought it up to them for months. Was finally “fixed” 6 months later and they gave me a $20 discount off of a bill. Not a happy customer. I shouldn’t have to plan my trips there around daylight.
They had staffing issues a couple of years ago for quite awhile which led to some difficulties. I had rented a U-Haul from them and was told it needed to be back in time as someone else was going to use it. Brought it back on time to have no one there and no one answering the phone. Called a corporate office and was told there is no staff. Was told to keep the truck and keep trying. Two days later I was instructed to lock the keys in the vehicle. What a pain.
Last summer they re-paved the entire place. Great - I love that they want to maintain it but during that time, you could not access your unit. They did post about some hours it could be available but it rarely was. This went on for months (like 4, if I remember correctly)- there was always an excuse about the weather, etc. literal months of not being able to access your unit. No discount, no apologies and no empathy.
Let’s talk about winter - keep a shovel in your car and maybe some salt. The plow does not get close enough to the units so there is a huge pile right in front of your outdoor locker every time. It’s so wide that you can’t jump over it. You need your own shovel. They also don’t put salt down so use at your own risk.

This storage facility works for me as the hours that I can access my storage give me lots of time during the day from the early morning hours to later in the evening make it quite convenient to access my things! And also the fact that I don't have to drive into or near downtown London to get to Migson Public Storage is a real bonus as well!

Needed storage during my garage demolition and found Migson close to my house. They were running a promotion so decided to check out units they had available. Peter was very helpful and professional. Ended up on a 5x15. First time user, would recommend.

Super helpful and thorough. It’s my first time renting a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. Peter was kind, polite and knowledgeable. He showed me the different options I had to work with also. I am more than happy and would refer others to Migson Public Storage.

Clean, well maintained units. Customer rep was very informative and helpful. The only downside (which of course is not the fault of employees) is the company demands monthly payment for insurance coverage even if you have coverage through personal insurance. A cash grab on the part of storage unit company.

I highly recommend Migson storage. We’ve tried other big name storage and Migson is by far the best! Much fairer prices and the staff are friendly, approachable and accessible, not like other places. It’s a safe and secure facility too.

The gentleman who helped us was very nice and explained the process very well. He also let us see the storages to have a visual. Their units are very nice and spacious to rent. I signed up for a storage unit today after searching on line and finding a great monthly promotion. Hailey in the front office was very friendly and helpful. She discussed the right size of storage unit and showed me the options available to confirm that it was the right sized unit. Sign up and set up was very easy and my experience so far has been great!

The front desk staff was very helpful for a remote move in. Customer service which really counts. Kudos to both the gentleman and the lady. I must say though there is an insurance charge which was sprung on me when I came to pay and everything was said and done but so is business.

Both agents were very friendly and helpful on the phone. When I arrived, Peter was there and guided me to the unit, taking care to keep the movers aware of overhead lines. I found him to be thoughtful and kind, the sort of person with whom one hopes to work.
