We have rented storage from Migson previously and once again required some short term storage. The people working there make the process easy and are helpful in finding any potential savings! The loading dock is easy to access and main level storage makes it simple to come and go! There are always dollies available to move things from the dock to the locker.

Friendly, helpful staff . Wide hallways with metal doors . Our locker was on the 2nd floor but it really wasn’t that bad getting our stuff up to it . We did not have a lot of furniture - mostly boxes and bins. Great inner city east end option on Gerard near Victoria Park .

Staff were very nice, directing us directly to the unit, provided good service and gave helpful tips for when moving my items. Has some small flatbed trolleys to help move items to and from your unit which came in handy a lot! Overall very good unit and great service. Make sure you leave yourself extra time to move your items because the early closing hours just in case things take longer 🙂

I had to do a time sensitive move and they made sure I was able to concentrate on my move and not worry at all about the Uhaul or storage locker. This is the first rental where I have encountered courteous, caring people concerned with my comfort and ease in using my unit. All the staff we met at Migson on Gerrard have been incredibly helpful! We had lots of questions which they answered patiently, they were helpful on the day of the move and Roxanne even stayed a little late so we could get our last piece of furniture in!! There are lots of dollies and carts to help with your move and different entries into the building to give you options for larger pieces that need a ramp etc... Building is clean and well lit and it's nice that there's always someone there to answer questions and keep an eye on things when they're open. Thanks!

It was really easy to reserve a storage unit online. Also price was very reasonable and first 4 weeks free for the smaller unit was awesome. This is something you won't get from the other storage providers in East York. Unit was well maintained and easy to access. Would help if they had an elevator for those wanting to use the second floor but I guess they give a discount for that too.

Thank Goodness that Barb recommended the most-used storage space of 5x10 as more items were added before we rented a small cube van for our move. The storage units are easily accessible, well-lit, clean and secured by lock. Being open 7 days/week is a real plus when you either need to access something or add to your storage. I would highly recommend you consider Migson when you have storage needs. You won't be disappointed!

We were looking for either an 8 x10 or 10 x10 unit for use while we renovate. We visited the facility on Thursday and were treated extremely well by Joanne, who explained the options, the prices, discounts and then took us out and showed us the units. We reserved the 8 x 10.
